WeatherFrame WiFI Complete 6/1/04 IntelliWeather announced today that it has completed the testing and trials for 802.11B Wireless operation of the WeatherFrame product. The testing was done with a wide variety of popular WiFi routers available on the market today and found that there is a wide compatibility. This feature allows WeatherFrame to hang on a wall, needing only AC power, and continue to display weather and advertising info via the wireless internet connection

WeatherFrame development started 11/30/03 IntelliWeather announced today the intent to develop a custom weather briefing product in a self contained LCD frame suitable for wall mounting. The target market is for public displays where weather is a factor in travel, such as hotels, truck stops, air terminals, and other public places. The product has been dubbed "WeatherFrame" and will also function with 802.11B WiFi connectivity.
